Every day, from 7am to 10am, waking up at the Globus Hotel is filled with the aroma of tradition, authenticity and local flavors.

Our buffet offers a careful selection of sweet and savory items: fragrant croissants, artisanal cakes, fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt and milk from the Roman countryside, cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by the renowned Pane di Lariano bread, local honey and artisanal jams, free-range eggs, and Lazio extra virgin olive oil, as well as a selection of organic herbal teas and infusions.

Alongside traditional dishes, there’s no shortage of options for every dietary requirement, with gluten-free products and a wide selection of plant-based drinks for an inclusive and contemporary breakfast.
